Tagged: 64_bits, SOFA_1806, VS2017, Windows_10
Hello,
I have followed the steps to compile Sofa, however, i have some problems.
First, by using Cmake to Generate file, even if it’s computing well, and that i can generate the solution, i have at the end in the folder \build\CMakesFiles, two files (CMakeError.log and CMakeOutput.log). By looking into theses documents, I don’t understand a thing.
(Files are in the link google drive)
In the CMakeOutput, it’s indicated no error, but in the CMakeError, i can found that an error is present due to a file named : pthread.h’ÿ, which is not present. I don’t understand this error.
After that I have generated the files with Cmake, I opened Sofa.sln, to generate the solution with VS2017. After 6 hours of compiling, i finally got some errors. You can find the Build Output log of VS2017 in the google drive folder.
On 128 projects, 124 succeed, 3 get ignored, and 1 failed. It’s in the line 75, the project is called : CImgPlugin_test.vcxproj . Again, it’s because a file can’t be found.
After that it has finished generate with errors, I was curious to see if I can found the RunSofa.exe file, and actually I can’t find it directly in the \bin folder, but just in the \bin\Debug folder ( same for the Modeler and many .exe files). When I tried to open RunSofa.exe, an error just appeared ( see the picture in the google drive folder). Do you understand this error? I guess it’s because of the precedent errors..
If you understand why theses errors are present, it will really help me..
Thank you very much.
