Hello,
I’m having a difficulty of using the image viewer in Image Plugin.
What does it means when it is not showing the object’s image but only the numbers?

Many thanks.

Hi @mlin
Did you try to upload us a screen shot?
Do you have a example that I could try rightaway?
Hugo
Hi Hugo,
I don’t have a short code example of this problem, but the image it look like this.
under the “plane” it is showing the numbers rather than the section-image, do you know what does it mean?

thanks,

Dear @mlin
The “plane” datafield that you show is the indices of the slices you want to show in the different directions (transverse, coronal, sagittal). What is your issue exactly? what do you want to visualize ?
Hi Hugo,
yes, that is what I want to see, the section image along the x,y,z direction (transverse, coronal, sagittal )
Like the example image showed in the image plugin (I hope this one works)
(it is from src/applications/plugins/image/examples/screenshots/MeshToImage_ImageViewer)
The problem is, when I run SOFA I can’t see this plane image as same as the screenshot showed. And I just found that all the example codes in the image plugins has the same problem. I don’t know why it is showing numbers, and what are these numbers indicate?
But few months ago, I can see the color and shape of the object showing on the plane image, and it is showing in real-time.
Hi Hugo,
I’ve loaded image_gui.so and it works now, thank you very much!!
Regards,
Mei
