Project Description
Bringing together the major French players in robotics research, the TIRREX project aims to coordinate the development of and access to new robotics platforms at national level. The project is structured around six thematic axes and three transversal axes. These include open infrastructures, where SOFA is the selected software for modeling robots and deformable environments.
Using the entire SoftRobots suite, this open repository presents a simulation of XXL robotic platform involving four pylons, four pulleys and eight cables holding a central weight.
