Project Description
This plugin computes meshless deformations based on shape matching. It corresponds to the implementation of the paper entitled Meshless Deformations Based on Shape Matching from Muller et al.
This geometrically-motivated approach computes the deformation of soft body based on points, connectivity information is not needed. It provides unconditionally stable dynamic simulations thanks to geometric constraints and forces by distances, replacing the traditional energetic formulation, thus making it particularly interesting for game applications.
