Tagged: 64_bits, Camera and, SOFA_1512, Windows_10
Hi,
I am working with a haptic device, using the NewOmniDriver. In my scene I have a virtual tool and an object and I need to work from different distances in my scene. Hence, I would like to align my scene´s camera with my virtual tool in order to have the tool within the scene no matter where I place the camera. I tried using the option alignOmniWithCamera but it didn’t make any difference.
Does anyone know how can I do it?
Thank you,
Nerea
Hello,
do you want the camera to be fixed to the tool? Or are the camera and the tool unrelated?
In every sofa scene, there is an InteractiveCamera. It’s a component, which is automatically created but you can also create it manually in the xml file. You can set its position and its lookAt.
Hope it helped,
Alex
Hi Nerea,
Is your problem solved?
If yes, you can set this topic as “Solved” 🙂
Cheers,
Guillaume.
