Hello All,
I was reading sofa collision methods, the documentary says it has implemented an algorithm from a paper “volume contact constraints at arbitrary resolution”, I’m thinking of trying this out in my scene, but I couldn’t find the class to add, anyone knows which header to include? Thanks!
Best,
Yannie
Hey Yannie,
This paper is based on a collision-detection method called LDI, standing for Layered Depth Images. This algorithm is patented and available in a private plugin for licensing / research. Let me know if you are interested.
Best wishes,
Hugo
Thanks Hugo for the reply. Yes, I’m interested to use it for research. Please let me know how to proceed to get access.
