I have downloaded the binaries for the SoftRobotics plugin from the DEFROST team and whenever I try to run SOFA it states
[ERROR] [PluginManager] Plugin loading failed (E:/Libraries/Downloads/SOFA_v19.06.99_custom_Win64_v8.1/plugins/SoftRobots/bin/SoftRobots.dll): The specified module could not be found.
While SOFA runs without another issue. If I try to add the plugin manually the same error appears. This happens for the plugins listed below:
SoftRobotics
SofaPython
SoftRobotics.Inverse
ModelOrderReduction
STLIB
Is there something I could do to mediate that?
I am sorry to read this, I will see this with our release manager and get back to you.
Best wishes,
Hugo
Hi,
To debug this kind of issue you can load the problematic DLLs (here SoftRobots.dll) in a dependency checker like Dependency Walker on Windows.
Besides, I recommend you to switch to SOFA v20.12.01 if you can. All the plugins you need are embedded in it.
Cheers,
Guillaume.
