The Qt distribution from this site contains two folders: bin and tools. The SOFA source directory cloned from git://scm.gforge.inria.fr/sofa/sofa.git also contains a tools folder. When extracting the Qt distribution into the SOFA source directory, how should this duplication be dealt with?
