Hello!I want to assemble a forceps, but I don’t know what components should I use.Can anyone tells me some tips?
Hi Lee,
Not sure t understand your problem.
You want to model a forceps ? You need a mesh file (obj, vtk …) and to load it ..
What do you want to do with it ?
Best,
Hi Talbot.
I want to model a forceps(be divided into two parts to load in) to clip loose bodies. But I have encountered some problems, when I add the InteractionForceField(VectorSpringForceField) component to the forceps,it would be bounced off when it makes contact with loose bodies.Otherwise,if I do not add the InteractionForceField(VectorSpringForceField) component,it would penetrate the rigid bodies. And I hope two parts of the forceps have no collision, meanwhile they can’t penetrate each other in contact.
Thanks a lot.
Hi Lee,
Could you upload (dropbox, pastebin or others) your scene file to better understand your issue ?
Best,
Hugo
