[SOLVED] Hex mesh and QuadSetTopology

Hi SOFA users,

I tried to run the scene file examples\Components\forcefield\HexahedralFEMForceField.scn. I obtained crashes due to QuadSetTopology.

Anyone experienced this problem please helps me. I appreciate your help very much.

Did you try this example with current stable version of SOFA?
examples\Components\forcefield\HexahedralFEMForceField.scn can be run successfully in my SOFA.
And how did you know the crash was due to QuadSetTopology?

I commented out the part that extracts quad mesh from hex mesh, then the scene worked fine and I can visualize force-field.

I am using old version (last year) of SOFA.

In the newer versions of SOFA, the scene works fine as explained by Weng.
