Hello. I have been trying to add the plugin Flexible to SOFA, but I haven’t been able to do it. How to add a plugin to SOFA without building the whole project again?,How to add the Flexible plugin to SOFA?
Hi @cbust
are you using the binary (executable) version of SOFA or did you compile the sources?
You are using the v18.06 correct?

Hi Hugo,
Yes I’m using the v18.06 and I compiled the sources. So, I want to know how to add a plugin without compiling the whole project again?
Hi Carlos. I think if you re-run Cmake GUI in your directory of built code you will not need to re-compile from the start. Only the additional stuff will need to be built when you compile using “make” after generating the build files from Cmake and exiting the GUI.
You could try the following steps, maybe they will work.
When you are using CMake GUI, make sure to check the following options
* Sofa python
* Image
* Flexible
Sorry I forget the precise names of the three components but you need all three.
Good luck.
