I have a surgical scissors model that is made out of 4 parts, I want to connect them all as one object to the omni phantom. I know that I can make a parent point that the other parts take their input position from it, so connecting that point to the omni should do the trick, but I want to map the 4 parts so I can be able to get force feedback, and I m not sure how to do it. I looked at the examples, but they were all for one model.
In addition, the omni phantom point is never centred on the model and I dont know how to position it, I tried translating the visual model to the point, but that is very hacky and a very long process to get it right, so is there a way to do it, or a way better than just trying to change dx,dy,dz and rx,ry,rz. In addition, is there a way to make the omni phantom positioning relative to the camera, so when the camera changes, the omni phantom is aligned to the camera view.
Best,
Fayad
