Home › Forum › SOFA › Using SOFA › [SOLVED] NavigationRecordedCamera.scn not working ?
Tagged: 64_bits, camera, navigation, RecordedCamera, SOFA_other, Windows_10
Hello everyone,
I have an issue when trying the NavigationRecordedCamera.scn scene file : the simulation launches well, but when starting the animation, the camera doesn’t move along the predefined path. A warning is risen when initialising the scene :
[WARNING] [RecordedCamera(recordedCamera0)] Too many missing parameters ; taking default ...
but when exploring the RecordedCamera properties on the scene graph, it appears that the properties which have been specified in the scene file (in this case “cameraPositions”, and “cameraOrientations”) are set accordingly in the simulation. I thus suppose that the problem is not related to this warning.
I tried to go see in RecordedCamera.cpp if one of the other parameters’ default values was incompatible with the navigation mode, but I didn’t encounter any.
Does anyone has an idea of where this behaviour could come from ?
I’m running the master version of Sofa (commit 86c5f29 on the 2020-10-12), on Windows 10 (v19042.610), and compiled the sources with VisualStudio 2019.
Cheers,
Camille
Hi Camille,
you have to change “View” to OpenGL via the SOFA GUI in order to see the camera moving. Hope this helps!
