Tagged: 64_bits, Linux_other, SOFA_1706
I have a problem when I installed all drivers for use Phanton (geomagic_touch_device_driver_2016.1-1-amd64 and I installed OpenHaptics SDK), but when I try to execute the sample that Geomagic has (Geomagic-Demo.scn) this return the following error:
[INFO] [PluginManager] Loaded plugin: /workspace/sofa/build/v17.06/lib/libGeomagic.so
Config directory not set correctly.: No such file or directory
Config directory not set correctly.: No such file or directory
[NewOmni] Failed to initialize the device called Default Device
It’s the same problem when I try to use the examples of the Sensable plugin
I set the device name in the scene file (attribute deviceName of the NewOmniDriver element).
<NewOmniDriver name="Omni Driver" deviceName="phantom" listening="1" tags="Omni" forceScale="0.5" scale="50" positionBase="0 1 -0.5" permanent="1" />
I’m working on Fedora 24
How can I fix it? I really would appreciate if someone can help me.
Thank you
Hi,
I can’t find any trace of this error message in SOFA.
Could you provide your CMakeCache.txt please? I suspect a problem with OpenHaptics SDK.
Cheers,
Guillaume.
Any luck with Guillaume’s advice Andres ?
