Soft Robot Plugin tutorials not working LINUX

Hi everyone im having problems running the soft robot plugin, when i try to run them i receive this message

Hi @zaread

When does this error occur? At the loading of the plugin SoftRobots? at the launching of the step5.pyscn file?
